The DIEWC mental health seminar in Hopkinton was a powerful event focused on breaking the stigma around mental health and equipping attendees with tools to manage stress. Featuring Lila K. Chamlagai’s insights on identifying stress triggers and Neima Ujjaval Patel’s practical breathing techniques, the program resonated deeply with parents and youth. Despite weather challenges, attendees left inspired and equipped with resources to address mental health proactively.
